These cookies are necessary for the Service to function. Without them, features like the studio editor and project storage would not work.

Project storage: Your scripts and prompts are saved in your browser's local storage (not cookies) so your projects persist across sessions. Clearing your browser storage deletes them.

Session: If account features are enabled, a session cookie keeps you logged in during your visit.

3. Analytics cookies

We may use analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. Any analytics tools we use are configured to collect only aggregate, anonymised data. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertising networks.

4. Third-party cookies

SocialSight and model providers may set their own cookies when content is loaded from their domains (for example, video thumbnails or generation status). We do not control these cookies; they are governed by the respective provider's cookie policy.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Disabling essential cookies will prevent some features of the Service from working.

6. Do Not Sell or Share

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. LaughTrack AI does not sell or share personal information as defined by these laws, so no opt-out is necessary. If this changes, we will provide an opt-out link here.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if we add or change the cookies we use. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
