DMCA / Copyright Takedown.
Last updated 16 September 2026. How to report content that you believe infringes your copyright.
1. Overview
LaughTrack respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy describes how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright and was produced through the Service.
Because LaughTrack is a conduit — it does not create, host, or store generated video — we can disable project links we control and pass valid notices to the relevant model provider and SocialSight. We cannot remove content hosted by third parties; we can only disable our own links and forward your notice.
2. How to file a takedown notice
To file a notice of alleged copyright infringement, send a written communication to copyright@laughtrack.ai that includes all of the following:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, including the project link or URL where the content can be found.
Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by sending a written communication to copyright@laughtrack.ai that includes:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or, if your address is outside the United States, the federal court in Delaware).
4. Repeat infringer policy
We will terminate the access of users who are found to be repeat infringers, as determined in our sole discretion, after receiving valid takedown notices for content they generated through the Service.
5. Notices to providers
Where a takedown notice identifies content generated by a model provider, we will forward the notice to SocialSight and the relevant provider. The provider's own takedown process applies to the generated content itself. LaughTrack can only disable project links and forward notices; we cannot remove content from a provider's systems.
6. Designated copyright agent
Our designated copyright agent for notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) can be reached at copyright@laughtrack.ai.
